A GREETING OF LOVE

To my Beloved Brothers and Sisters Everywhere: - A message of interest and love.

The prayer which Jesus taught His disciples, as in Matthew 6:9-13:

"After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed by thy name. Thy kingdom come. They will be done in earth, as it is in heaven: Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: for thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen."

I feel drawn in the love of God, to point us to Christ. The blessed light of Christ, which shines in every heart, is the gift of God freely offered for man's salvation. It is the correct light; it is pure and faultless. "For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men, teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously and godly, in this present world; looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ; who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works.

My beloved brother or sister, art thou satisfied with thyself? Art thou at peace with God?

Dost thou know that when thy earthly house of this tabernacle is dissolved, there is a house prepared for thee eternal in the heavens? The prophet wrote, "For the eyes of the Lord run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to show himself strong in the behalf of them whose heart is perfect toward him.

Dear reader, this Jesus is appealing to thee; He is knocking at the door of thy heart; He wants to lead thee in the right way, the way of everlasting life. Not only so, but He wants thee to become a messenger unto others who are seeking.

Why not thou, don't thee want to be the Lord's? Many are called, but few are chosen because they are not willing; they reason within themselves; they reject His gentle intimations, the Still Small Voice; they forget all are called on purpose of His glory, and excuse themselves.

Be encouraged, then, by a brother who loves thee, because God loves thee. I refused for a time and can sympathize, so please do not wait longer, by yield to His gentle Spirit and learn of His great love.

After God created the heaven and the earth, and all that in them is, then it was that God said, "Let us make man in our image, after our likeness:...So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him, male and female he created them."

Marvelous is this important, chief creation, man as God's representative.

Who else is there? "That which is know of God is manifest in man for God hath shown it unto him."

Christ said to His chosen Twelve, who were evidently but men, for one betrayed Him and had to be replaced, and Peter who was so honoured denied Him, yet He said, "Ye are the light of the world, ye are the salt of the earth."

We know Christ was without sin though tempted in all points as we are, and we know the twelves disciples, as they were baptized on the day of Pentecost, received power and were anointed to be His witnesses, to introduce the last and lasting dispensation, plainly showing frail man, as he is kept under the influence of the Holy Spirit, will be preserved and used of God.

Be persuaded, my beloved fellow traveller, it is our great privilege to choose Christ, seeking His will, yielding to His Spirit. Thereby as we are kept under His influence, will we be taught of God, and thus preserved and instructed, may be called and anointed as His witnesses in the earth.

Every one to whom this comes, as you are faithful, may He keep and bless you as the apple of His eye, and cause to promote His blessed kingdom in the earth.

He that soweth receiveth wages, and gathereth fruit unto life eternal: that both he that soweth and he that reapeth may rejoice togather.

Will there not be great rejoicing in that day, and my heart is full of encouragement to all, that we may be partakers in that great day.

With a feeling of love I must bid all farewell, and bid God-speed in His will.
